We’re excited to announce that the innovative HIGH5 are Raiders Gravel’s official nutrition partner! With over 25 years of experience providing sports nutrition products under their belt, HIGH5 are committed to helping sportspeople achieve their goals – however big or small. All of their products flaunt amazing natural flavours, and they are packed with everything you need to be at your ultimate best, any day.
As our nutrition partner, HIGH5 will obviously provide you with nourishing goodies throughout our 4-day event. All our pit-stops will be stocked up with nutritious snacks, gels and drinks to give you that signature HIGH5 energy kick. Plus, after each stage, HIGH5 will provide you with some recovery options to refuel your muscles and prevent injury. We did say we’ve thought of everything…
HIGH5 will also be helping us in our sustainability efforts to respect the beautiful Galloway Forest Park. Working alongside HIGH5, we will be placing Collection Bins on-course and within Garries Park to collect single-use plastics, such as energy gel wrappers. The plastic collected will then be sent to TerraCycle®, a recycling company specialising in hard-to-recycle waste. There, plastic waste will be processed into raw material that can be used to create new products! We’re so excited to be involved in HIGH5’s sustainable recycling initiative, and we hope you’ll be able to enjoy getting your HIGH5 hit on race day knowing it isn’t having a negative effect on our beautiful surroundings!
